GST, Udyam & Other Registrations
GST, Udyam (MSME), Spices Board and Tea Board registration, EPFO/PF, electricity duty exemption and other consultancy services.
GST Registration
Tax is levied as CGST + SGST on supplies within a State and IGST on inter-State supplies and exports, at the rates notified for each item.
Registration is mandatory once aggregate turnover crosses the threshold for your type of supply and State (lower limits apply in certain special-category States). Some businesses must register regardless of turnover, such as inter-State suppliers of goods and sellers on e-commerce platforms. Exporters need GST registration to export under LUT or claim IGST refunds.
We prepare and file the online application for you.
Udyam (MSME) Registration
Udyam Registration is the MSME registration of the Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises. It replaced Udyog Aadhaar from 1 July 2020 and is free, paperless and done on the official portal (udyamregistration.gov.in) using Aadhaar and PAN. Enterprises are classified as micro, small or medium based on investment and turnover.
Udyam registration is commonly needed to claim MSME benefits such as priority-sector lending, protection against delayed payments, and many State and central schemes, including Gujarat MSME subsidies. We help with new registrations, updates and corrections.
Spices Board Registration
Exporters of spices listed in the Spices Board Act need registration with the Spices Board (Certificate of Registration as Exporter of Spices). The Board also supports quality improvement and export promotion. We help with the application and renewals.
Tea Board Registration
Tea exporters and certain tea businesses need registration with the Tea Board. The Board runs development and promotion schemes for growers, manufacturers and exporters. Scheme components and periods change, so we check the current Tea Board scheme and guidelines before applying.
EPFO / PF Registration
Establishments with 20 or more employees must register with the Employees’ Provident Fund Organisation (EPFO); smaller establishments can register voluntarily. Employers must remit contributions and administrative charges by the 15th of the following month and file monthly returns. We help with registration and setting up compliance.
Electricity Duty Exemption (Gujarat)
Eligible new industrial units, and qualifying additional units, may be eligible for exemption under the Gujarat Electricity Duty Act, 1958 on electricity consumed, subject to the conditions in the current Government of Gujarat notification. We check eligibility and help with the application.
