LEI Registration & Renewal
A Legal Entity Identifier (LEI) is a 20-character global code that identifies a legal entity in financial transactions. We assist you in applying for a new LEI and renewing it every year through a GLEIF-accredited issuer.
RBI requires an LEI for non-individual borrowers with aggregate exposure of ₹5 crore and above from banks and financial institutions, and for single RTGS/NEFT payments of ₹50 crore and above by entities.

LEI services
LEIs are issued by Local Operating Units (LOUs) accredited by GLEIF. We prepare and track your application.
1New LEI
We prepare your application and documents for a GLEIF-accredited LOU such as Legal Entity Identifier India Ltd (LEIL), which is also recognised by RBI as an LEI issuer.
2Annual renewal
An LEI is valid for one year from issue or last renewal. If it is not renewed, its status becomes LAPSED. We remind you and complete the renewal in time.
3Bank and borrowing compliance
Banks may not sanction new loans, or renew or enhance existing ones, for borrowers covered by RBI’s LEI rules who do not have an LEI. We help you get it before your bank asks.
4Large-value payments
For single RTGS/NEFT payments of ₹50 crore and above where an entity is involved, remitter and beneficiary LEIs must be included. We help you get and share a valid LEI.
